What are your shipping rates? We charge a standard shipping fee of R90.00 for orders under R1000.00. Standard shipping is completely free for all orders of R1000.00 and up. If you need your beauty essentials sooner, we offer an Express Shipping option for R150.00, which takes 3 to 5 business days.

How can I track my parcel? Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via notification so you can monitor your delivery's journey every step of the way.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
