Standard delivery takes between 5 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within South Africa.
We charge a standard shipping fee of R90.00 for orders under R1000.00. Standard shipping is completely free for all orders of R1000.00 and up. If you need your beauty essentials sooner, we offer an Express Shipping option for R150.00, which takes 3 to 5 business days.
Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via notification so you can monitor your delivery's journey every step of the way.
To maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all personal care items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or personal preference shifts. We kindly ask that you review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
We take immense care in packaging your orders safely, but if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please head over to our Contact Us page within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to submit your order details and clear photographs so our team can assist you with a replacement or a refund.
